Casting Pearls before the Swine… the Shrine ..

Much like the Mueller Investigation , the Canadian Charter trip had multiple Leaks.. Not the least of which leaked a gem to the Ultimate crowd this morning …

Paul Harvey’O shared the rest of the story… You recall the picture that Ed sent to the lower classmen waiting at home while he ventured in to the back forty of Canadian sportsmen’s paradise , dragging a record challenging Musky from the Crystal Lakes of Ontario Canada ?

Here’s the rest of the story… Ed made his signature cast into the tallest tree on the horizon … the line entangled in the branches thereof .. .. eventually , in order to expedite the frustrations of traveling companions , the hired guide came to Ed’s rescue.. took command of his Zebco 33 , and began yanking the line like a true professional..

After several minutes of calculated yanks , the line and the lure became dislodged from the tree… it fell to within feet of the boat, striking a huge Musky in the head as gravity would rule ..

In instinctive reaction , the Musky lunged towards the unidentified assailant .. grasping it in his mouth.. The GUIDE yanked Ed’s Zebco again , snagging the beast in his Dorsal fin .. before handing the rod back to Ed….

By some miraculous act of God , Ed managed to reel the fish next to the boat… Where once again , the guide completed the catch…

Sadly the fish died of oxygen deprivation while the lunker was being repeatedly photographed by the entire Hey-Hirah delegation of Texas Red Necks…

Harvest Time… Pick Your Friends ..

Got a disparaging report from North Dakota… Ed is suspected of traveling with a Drug Cartel .. Big “O” packed his own suitcase ..He remembered his medication , his hypodermic syringes , but forgot to pack the needles..

Now a swat team has them surrounded at the CVS check-out counter , with a sack of injection needles as evidence …

Ed also warned of accepting exotic squash from Zeke the Vegetarian.. after following Zeke’s preparation and cooking instructions to the “T”.. Ed reported he’d seen 900X20 truck tires that were more tender and far more palatable than Butter-Nut Acorn Squash grown at the end of the lateral line .. Heed the Warning ..

Zebco Zeke …

Seriously… The Texas Fish & Game Commission has listed this guy as a person of interest .. His insatiable appetite for Cappie has caused authorities to project the certain demise of the species within the span of Trumps second term .. He has consumed his weight in Crappie since his mandatory retirement six months ago… That’s a lot of fish..

He’s often seen in his orange prison-suit entering a non-disclosed crappie-house along the banks of Amon G. Carter Lake ….  Only recently has it been learned that he uses Werther’s Butterscotch Candy as bait..

RO-HO the “Mexican Guard Chicken” eagerly accepts full responsibility for monitoring identification and recording evidence of every guest or suspicious intruder who passes his perch….

Standing Statesmanlike for hours on end…. focused on the task at hand… limiting entry…. high above destructive Longhorns and unsuspecting intruders passing below…. watching for domestic Italians with ill intent.. .
