tom is currently taking donations for montague’s first ever dog pound..the law of supply and demand has manifested itself in a most peculiar way… tom’s the new dog catcher for the city of montague..
he has discovered a nitch in the montague economy.. a sudden need for dog boarding… emergency situations only…
he’s needing used sheet-iron and cyclone fencing to kennel a minimum of five head of dogs over-night.. i don’t fully understand the sudden demand for this service, but tom is adoment about getting it done before the week-end.. i never knew he was a animal-rights activist, however these heart felt concerns have finally surfaced and are now in urgent mode..
drop off any donations of used tin and bois d’arc post at his residence on the hill in montague… could also use some doggie bowls and chew toys…must keep the dogs content and quiet while he’s conducting business on the work-bench..
montague has been famous throughout history for their surplus of stray dogs.. tom has been totally indifferent to their plight to this point, but now all of a sudden… he’s a dog lover, wants to provide adequate shelter for our little furry friends…
is this just another flash in the pan, or will tom provide food and shelter for the montague strays on a permanent basis… time will tell.. but i’m thinking the pups won’t be there long enough for tom to learn their names…much less teach them any new tricks………………..dog-gone.
